Description

A superb wrought iron Millennium beacon (without the post) from a Leicestershire village. This medieval symbol is part of our heritage and they have been used to mark many momentous occasions throughout history. This beacon was one of 2,500 illuminated to see in the year 2000. Measuring 152 cm in height and 141 cm in diameter at its widest point. It would obviously look superb put back on a pole and used for its original purpose or indeed an amazing garden planter.
