A great piece of history from Cambridgeshire. This well made oak and mahogany cabinet spent most of its life with it's hinged doors closed, however when opened they reveal a fitted interior with numerous pigeon holes of all sizes and some adjustable shelving. This adorable mid 19th century double fronted cabinet was from Little Shelford Post office in Cambridgeshire and would have been filled with the mail of the day for this small community. NB: Some dividers are missing however this certainly does not detract from the pure beauty of this piece. Great colour throughout.
