Description

An early 20th century heavily carved oak monks bench. A delightful and versatile piece which can be used as a bench seat, a table and has a good storage space beneath the seat. The bench has a pair of carved lions for the arms and then it is profusely carved with leaves and scroll-work throughout. The table top lid is hinged and acts as the back support for the bench and the seat is also hinged to gain access to the storage space. Seat Height: 59cm Maximum Height with the table top up is 108cm
