Made by Martin Dodge - Somerset this is a superb quality vintage television/music centre cabinet from the late 20th century. The walnut stand is crisply carved to the shoulders and central apron whilst terminating on and ball and claw feet. The upper section is predominantly a rich burr walnut veneer with satinwood crossbanding to the perimeter. The superb brass hinges are engraved and fretted as is the central lockplate. Internally there are two drawers, a shelf and a sliding/swivelling base to a fix a television. Could obviously be used for drinks or general storage. A stunning piece in excellent condition.
