Description

A beautiful light oak roll top desk that underwent a full restoration approx 10 years ago. Fully stripped down to a light golden natural oak and left with a open grain and finished with a light sealing French polish. It looks fantastic. The green tooled leather has seen little or no use and the whole piece is in great condition. The interior is well fitted with numerous drawers and compartments, pencil slides etc. When the roller is closed it automatically lock all the lower pedestal drawers. Externally, this desk is of the fielded panel (bevel edged) variety almost always a sign of superior quality. The carved drawer handles are particularly attractive on this one. Polished to all sides allows it to be used off the wall, this desk is good to go. A heavy piece that breaks down for easy transportation. It will be set up in your property (UK only) by our staff free of charge (usually approx 20 minutes).
