Description

An exceptionally fine late Victorian pollard ok sideboard of monumental proportions. The huge canopied top with scrolled broken pediment and a central arcaded niche, all supported by a pair of classical, reeded and twist pillars, whilst the crisply carved panels give way to a large bevelled mirror and shelf. The lower section has similarly carved panels to the two cupboards, of which one has a cellarette drawer, whilst the ends have applied reeded pilasters and scrolled supports. This is below two drawers which have the finely cast, oxydized brass handles which match the similar cupboard handles (locks with keys present). This piece is of exceptional craftsmanship, in super condition and very very imposing. U.K mainland delivery is free of charge and we will send a team of men to assemble in your desired position.
