Description

Beautiful oak chest of drawers of simple form typical of a provincial cabinet maker in the 18th century. The top is crossbanded in mahogany and is sat above two over three drawers with brass swan neck handles, above simple bracket feet. At approximately 250 years old, the chest is in very good condition, with only light blemishes showing as you could expect. The pine lined drawers are very clean as is the whole piece. Wax polished in our workshops and ready to enjoy. The chest has had woodworm in the past at the back but it has long been dead, we have also treated it again for good measure.
