A top quality mid Victorian Burr Walnut coffee/games table, circa 1865. Slightly reduced in height from a card table, to a much more useful piece of antique furniture. It now serves as a coffee table which flips over into games table. Very handy for your laptop as well. The top has book matched Burr Walnut veneers with an inner Ebony banding and an outer cross banding in Amboyna, both with Boxwood stringing. Opened up it discloses the original baize (one or two marks) with an added bonus of a tooled leather border. The cluster column base sits on 4 cabriole legs with original castors. All in excellent condition and ready to use.
