Very much in the Aesthetic movement manner from the 1870s. This games/sewing table has had some light, sympathetic restoration , mainly high lighting the gilt decoration to the ebonized undercarriage and re polishing the top. All done in our own workshops by professionals and now looking a world better for it.The inner games surface has some light marks under the polish but no fractures as is common in similar tables.The inlaid top is principally Amboyna with Ebony and Boxwood banding. Quite a stunning piece of small furniture ready to use and enjoy. SKU-G12.
