Description

A rare and fine Late Victorian Mahogany washstand of the finest quality. It is profusely carved throughout with foliate swags, flaming dragons and geometric side panels. All the drawers and shelves are solid mahogany lined and the brass knobs are of a Regency style. The solid marble top and splash back is in a very rare light green with beige and white graining. Not a colour that we have seen before in our 60 years of trading. Although not in poor condition when we purchased it a full restoration to surfaces has returned it to it's former glory and could not have been much better when new. We probably have the largest stock of fully restored washstands in the country and most are repurposed throughout the home or business, drinks cabinets are one of the most popular uses but there are many others.
