Description
A Victorian walnut writing slope. The outside of the box is veneered in a figured walnut with brass escutcheon and plaque. Opening the box will produce an angled writing surface with pen tray, stamp slide and inkwells at the top. The blue baize writing surface lifts to reveal storage compartments beneath both tops. The box is fitted with a Bramar lock and has a working key.Height: 6 inches 15 cm
