Description

A wonderful 19th century sofa, having a sprung back and seat with original down feather seat cushions. The whole raised on 4 turned mahogany legs with superb quality gilt lacquered brass cup castors. The shape and dimensions of this fine sofa are the same as a Howard & Sons Grantley model as is its construction. Retaining the original horsehair and now ready for upholstery. English, Circa 1870.
