An unusual 19th century Dutch style engraved and pierced brass bowfront and arched fender, with two urn finial-topped firetool rests. The frieze of the fender decorated with winged mythical beasts and dragons, shown in flight and breathing fire. Shown here with firetools SNo. 13057, now sold.Mid 19th century.
