Description

A very attractive set of four 19th century fruitwood country dining chairs of wonderful form, displaying beautifully rich colour and deep patina.
In nice original condition and of standard dining chair height, a comfortable and well proportioned set of country chairs.
Being fruitwood there are signs of historic worm holes and there is a small shake to the top of one chair upright (pictured).
The upside of fruitwood is it's beautiful silky feel and pretty mellow colour, making this a truly beautiful set of country chairs.
