Description

A rare 19thC pole lathe turned sycamore dairy bowl of the most beautiful form and good size. A superb example, very hard to come by and simply gorgeous. The rich patina of this bowl suggests it was likely used for butter and cheese making.
It is in outstanding condition with exceptional colour and surface and the most spectacular turning marks. A truly outstanding example in every aspect.

It measures 28cm diameter by 7cm high.
