Description

This is a very good, large period mirror. It is Edwardian, dating to around 1910 and the frame is made in solid walnut. It can be used as an overmantle as the mirror has tiny feet - see photo - but equally it could be used in a hallway or landing. The polished walnut is beautiful. Look at the egg and dart detailing around the frame. There is a lot of quality in this mirror.

The glass is very clean for age with only a very few and minor age related marks. Frame good. No sign of damage or worm. The mirror has a boarded back with original brackets to take a chain for hanging.

This is a very impressive large period mirror. The frame is thick and deep.

The mirror is 48 inches wide by 37.5 inches high by 2 inches deep.
