Description

This is a beautifully elegant period cheval mirror. The mirror is made in mahogany and is William IV, dating to around 1830. The mirror is original with a moulded mahogany frame, with turned and reeded knobs and reeded leading edge to the upright supports. The base has 's' shaped supports and a turned stretcher and stands on tiny original casters.

This is a beautiful piece of furniture. The mahogany glows. The glass is mottled with age but there is no areas of loss and you would definitely not replace it. It has the soft period finish you would want. It is the sort of mirror you will always look good in!!!!!!!!!! The frame is solid with no sign of damage or repair.

This is a wonderfully elegant mirror and will bring light and elegance to any bedroom furnished with period antiques..

The Cheval mirror is 27 inches wide and 63 inches high and 23 inches deep.
