An Aesthetic movement ebonised chair, c1881. Unusual ebonised frame, circular pad to the back with decorative back support , circular padded seat. In excellent condition, recovered with handprinted Andrew Martin velvet fabric. It has a Christopher Dresser look about it, but was made by one of the larger London furniture makers of the same era.Dimensions H84cm, W47cm, D57cm, H40cm (seat)
