Description

A fine quality late 19th century, Qing Dynasty Chinese two tier stand in hongmu wood with a pink variegated marble inset rectangular top. The sides are beautifully carved with a trailing foliate design ending in C scrolls. A reticulated frieze is present on all four sides and tapers downwards in the corners to form reticulated brackets. The straight square section legs with rounded front edge support a lower solid wood shelf before terminating in clawed foo dog feet.
