Large American Haeger Taupe Ceramic Table Lamp

Description

This is a vintage mid century modern MCM lamp base by the USA manufacturer Haeger which is shaped like a stubby space rocket and decorated with stylised trees in white against a taupe coloured background. The visual appeal is further enhanced by an all-over crackle glaze.

Condition: The lamp base is in excellent condition without cracks or chips. It has been fitted with a new brass bulb holder and 3 pin plug, and tested and passed by our electrician. The lamp is sold without a shade but we would recommend a tapered drum shade with a 40cm base diameter as shown in one of the photographs. The one shown is ivory coloured with linen effect fabric.

We have a trusted delivery man who is a experienced in transporting antiques, pictures and fragile items. He can deliver to most places on mainland England and Wales and, depending on where he is on his schedule, it may take a few days or up to 4 weeks. Other couriers are available for Scotland and North Wales or where a shorter time frame is required. Purchases can also be collected in person from the Tunbridge Wells area in SE England.
