Description

Here we have a wonderful quality pair of small, baluster form Meiji Period Antique Japanese bronze vases with applied mixed metal decoration, circa 1900. Though clearly a pair the design of a flying bird and chrysanthemum plants with open and closed flower heads differs on each vase.

Dimensions: Height 15 cm x Diameter 6.5 cm
Weight 242 and 268 g

Condition: The vases are in good antique condition with a lovely patina. Each vase has a very small, almost unnoticeable, dink and one vase has a tiny piece of inlaid metal missing on the neck. Please contact David via the enquiry sheets if you would like to see additional photographs.

He can deliver to most places on mainland England and Wales and, depending on where he is on his schedule, it may take a few days or up to 4 weeks. Other couriers are available for Scotland and North Wales or where a shorter time frame is required. Purchases can also be collected in person from the Tunbridge Wells area in SE England.
