Description

This is a rather comical Black Forest wooden sculpture of a seated bear with ears pricked and mouth open having good colour and patina, early 20th century. The bear sits on its haunches on an integral wooden plinth which is signed on the base.

Dimensions: Height 15.5 cm, Width 8 cm, Depth 9 cm
Weight: 183 g

Condition: The bear is in excellent condition without chips or splits possessing a good colour and patina. More worn areas have a lighter colour which contrasts with the dark brown finish.
