This is a stylish teak desk / dressing table designed by Gunther Hoffstead for Uniflex in the 1960's.

The long and relatively narrow teak veneered top with rounded corners sits above an arrangement of seven beech and ply lined drawers which stand on Hoffstead's signature sleigh legs. The dark afromosia wood of the legs contrasts nicely with the pale teak of the top and drawer fronts.

The carcass is well-constructed from a mixture of solid wood and plywood.

Dimensions: 5 ft wide x 18 inches deep x 28 inches high

Condition: The desk is in good condition with a few marks commensurate with its age. A couple of corners on the drawer fronts are a little bruised but there is no loss of veneer. The top (not shown) is in nice clean condition with a few minor marks.

Delivery: This desk can be delivered to anywhere on mainland England and most of Wales for £60 by our trusted delivery man who is an expert in transporting antique furniture and artwork. Any other items which you may wish to purchase at the same time would only incur a small, if any, incremental charge for their delivery.
