Description

Very impressive and certainly a decorative pair of large French c19th marble lamps.
They are of a good proportion and the condition is good.
They have been fully re wired and PAT tested, so they are ready to use. You will notice that the bulb holder is a continental style ( screw in bulb ) and the braided cord exits the brass column just below the bulb holder.
They would make a fantastic pair of hall lamps on a large console, but also would work well in perhaps opposite corners of a room, or if you are looking for a pair of lamps to suit a pair of alcoves, these could be perfect.
Fantastic marble and the condition is good to both lamps. I am not sure of the particular name to the marble, but will see if I can research it for you.
The shades are just shown as examples and are not included.
Measuring:
25” or 64cm high to shade cradle
34'' 06 87cm high to the top of the example shades.
5 3/4” or 14.5cm square bases
