Fabulously decorative French late 19th century gilt marble top console table and gilt mirror, offered as the set together.
The wall mounted console table in the full Louis XV style with a beautifully carved frame and original marble top.
The gilding having aged gracefully so it has a lovely mellow glow.
The mirror also being rather lovely with the carved and gilt frame and original mercury mirror plate glass too.
As a set, they work very well together, just needing a pair of suitable chairs to flank them for your entrance hall, living room or dining room for example.

Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
I can arrange delivery to you, whether you are within the UK or require an international delivery service, please do get in touch…as a mainland UK guide, a delivery for something around the size of a chest of drawers within approx 150 miles will be £75 to you, but if you if you are in Scotland, Wales, Ireland or Cornwall please get in touch to confirm delivery costs!

All of my items are antique and will therefore, have some signs of age and use, but I restore everything necessary and you will receive a good quality piece that is well represented in my photographs...no problem to send you more info or photos of any item you would like, just let me know.
