Very decorative and newly upholstered English 19th century Victorian walnut centre stool or footstool, circa 1880 and in great condition.
The frame beautifully carved with the serpentine rails and cabriole legs. Originally, there would have been castors which have since been removed…I’ve left them without as castors don’t suit so many different floor types, but if you would like castors, please get in touch and I can arrange that for you.
Reupholstered in a geometric embroidered fabric in a pale blue, also buttoned and finished with a scrolled braid.
Great size footstool for using with a butlers tray for drinks, but leaves plenty of room for putting your feet up…also, this stool will be happy to seat two adults as and when you might need.

All of my items are antique and will therefore, have some signs of age and use, but I restore everything necessary and you will receive a good quality piece that is well represented in my photographs...no problem to send you more info or photos of any item you would like, just let me know.
