Description

Impressive and very decorative pair of super quality cast brass, bronzed and ceramic table lamps, circa 1930 and in great condition.
Unusual design with the bound wheat top and bottom of the bronzed reeded columns, which contrast beautifully with the oval ceramic base, which is supported by further moulded brass plinths.
Very good lamps and not easy to come by, ideal for using on a large sideboard, individually for side table lamps too.
The lamps have been lightly cleaned and buffed to keep their originality but to give them a lovely mellow glow, rather than over polished…They have also been fully re wired (and pat tested) so are ready to use.
Priced as the pair and including delivery within mainland UK.
The shades shown are just examples, to give a sense of their proportions.
Measuring:
25 1/2 inches or 65 cm to the bulb holder
6 inches or 15 cm wide
6 inches or 15 cm deep
35 1/2 inches or 90 cm to the top of the example shades
Example shades are 16 inches or 40.5 cm diameter
