A beautiful vintage Stratton compact mirror which was crafted by the premier maker in the 1990s.

Hand engraved into golden brown enamel is a gorgeous pink and gray / grey butterfly.

Diamond cut gilded accents adorn the wings, head, body, legs and antennae.

The flowers are also embellished with gilded petals and leaves.

The gilded brass is lacquered and so it will not tarnish or need to be cleaned.

The mirror gives a good and accurate reflection.

The catch and hinge work perfectly.

The base of the compact is signed Stratton England.

Measures 8.5 cm diameter. Weighs 104.1 grams.

The original pouch, puff and sifter are present.

Good condition.

No powder residue.
