For sale today we have this superb lobed Doulton Lambeth vase by Eliza Simmance. Of baluster form, and deeply fluted to the sides (hard to show in pics), the vase features a hand painted design of ripe bunches of purple grapes on the vine that circle the top portion of the vase. Glaze to a mottled lilac ground.
Stands 10" x 4 1/2" dia. Stamped Royal Doulton mark with date shield "p". Incised artist mark for Simmance "ES 171".
Superb condition throughout.
