For sale today we have this fine and rare WMF Art Nouveau wall plaque/ card tray. Very much a 3 dimensional piece the plaque features an elegant maiden holding aloft a large open winged bird. This is bordered by Harebell flowers atop raised sinuous stems with associated foliage. Stamped B with a WMF Ostrich mark and OX. Measures 12" x 10" and comes fully polished with it's original hanging hook to the rear. Normally this model has lost it's bird or the stems are damaged- this example has no such problems- truly beautiful!
