An outstanding example of an Early Moorcroft Flambe Leaf and Berry Pattern Plate. This beautiful piece is artistically decorated to it's outer rim with a band of Autumnal Leaves along with an abundance of ripe berries. The flambe glaze on this piece is absolutely stunning- using deep and fiery reds and a paler chestnut glaze. Measures 17 cm dia. Impressed to the underside of the base- Moorcroft, Made in England. Circa 1930.
