The Silver Cabinet

Description

This is an excellent example of an Art Nouveau glass-lined basket, manufactured by the famous company, WMF.

The silver plate and green glass liner are in excellent condition. The liner has a denticulated rim, clearly made to reflect the shape of the basket. The basket itself has an open laurel arcaded body with a fixed handle, which carries the WMF Mark.
