Description

An 18th century Meissen small tea bow and saucer finely painted with scattered holzschnittblumen flowers and gilt rims, c.1740. Crossed swords mark to the base.

The tea bowl measures 7cm (2 3/4") wide and 4.7cm (1 7/8") high. The saucer measures 12cm (4 11/16") wide and 2.2cm (7/8") high.

Condition is very good there is a very minor slither chip inside the foot rim of the tea bowl. There is a small enamel loss to one of the leaves on the saucer (blue flower) and very minor handling wear otherwise.
Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque.
