Description

Pretty pair of early 18th century Dutch Delft plates painted in the oriental style depicting a central scene of a willow tree surrounded by a classic angled fence next to a lotus flower bush. The vignette framed by a pretty frieze and the rims decorated with flowers and foliage.

They measure 23cm (9") wide and 2.5cm (1") deep. Condition is good overall one has 3 chips to the rim and glaze losses to the rim edge and the other has glaze losses to the rim and no body damage. No hairlines or restoration.
Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque.
