Description

A pretty Coalport coffee can decorated with a stylised frieze of leaves in salmon enamel and underglaze blue with gilt decoration and a gilt framed blue stripe around the middle. Further gilt band above the foot, rim and down the handle. c.1805

It measures 6.3cm (2 1/8") high and 6.8cm (2 5/8") rim to rim.

Condition is excellent with no damage or repair and minimal handling wear. The gilding on the rim has been lightly retouched and displays beautifully.
