Description

A Worcester porcelain tart pan of unusually large size painted in underglaze blue with the narcissus pattern. Blue Wigornia W mark to the base, c.1770.

It measures 18cm (7 1/8") wide and 5cm (2") high.

Condition: it has a small chip to the underside of the rim and a hairline that runs down the wall which has been stabilised. No restoration and some areas of surface marks appropriate for age and use.
