Description

Very pretty early Worcester teapot and cover in the underglaze blue painted Mansfield pattern, c.1775, with over panted iron red clobbering of flowers with gilded touches. It has a moulded flower knop and leaves to the cover. The Wigornia W mark is to the base.

It measures 5 1/2" high and 7" spout to handle. Condition is excellent just a tiny fleabite to the spout and similar nibbles to a couple of the flower petal tips.
