French Gorge Cased Carriage Clock

Description
A pretty French Carriage Clock in a lovely sized gilded gorge case with beveled glass all round. The movement is 8 day with stopwork on the going train and original silvered platform lever escapement it strikes the hours and ½ hours on a bell. It has a white enamel dial with roman numerals and blued steel moon hands.C.1870 Height 6 ¼ / 16cm inc. handle.
