A fine Cuban mahogany stick barometer by Benjamin Martin of London. Finely engraved dial and brass surround to the glazed door, C.1775. Benjamin Martin was born 1704 and died 1782. He was an enterprising & talented instrument maker and examples of his work are much sought after by collectors.C.1775 36”/91cm
