Using strong colour and vivid brushwork the artist evokes a typical French village landscape.
Signed by the artist bottom left.

Jack Eichborn. Born 1906 and died 1981. Eichborn has been represented in Museums in Paris, New York and Barcelona amongst various regional Swedish museums. This piece was purchased in Sweden. Likely painted 1950/60, it is a bright, delicately painted street scene in vibrant colours - a signature style of Eichborn.
