An Unusual Oak And Mahogany Bow Front Chest Of Drawers c1820.
The chest stands on elegant splay bracket feet.
Having mahogany crossbanding to the oak drawer fronts and to the top.........this type of decoration was very much typical of the north west.
Also featuring brass ring handles to the drawers and carrying handles to the sides.
It is quite unusual to see an oak bow fronted chest in this style.
A great size chest that would work equally well in a bedroom, living room or even in a hallway.
Measuring 32.5" High x 40" Wide x 19.5" deep.
