Very good quality French 5' kingsize low end, fantastically carved gilded bed with decorative scrolling headboard, Paris maker and in great condition...Circa 1920
Certainly a decorative bed and once re upholstered, will be very beautiful!
The low end beds are quite unusual, this has always been like this so it is not a bed that has been altered. The majority of the gilding is the original, but as you can see, there is some that needs attention so this will be done for you within the price, along with us re upholstering the bed for you in your own choice of fabric ( 5m supplied by you and finished with a double pipe, not the studs you can currently see )
The dimensions are Headboard height 50" the footboard and side rails height is 15" and the maximum width is 59''
The bed is also supplied with a supporting box base
