Very nice quality French walnut & kingwood Secretaire Abattant,circa 1900
Very beautiful piece, the secretaire being the drop front three "faux" drawers to open up the hidden writing area and drawers all in satinwood, further drawers below and one at the top.
The Secretaire is very decorative, the shaped white Cararra marble top is brass banded, further ormolu mounts through and the quarter veneer pattern to the sides and drawer fronts. Once polished up, this will glow!
It measures 52'' high x 25.5'' wide x 14'' deep so this is quite a neat little piece, lovely to look at too
