We are offering for sale this lovely Arts & Crafts Copper Jardiniere and Copper and Cast Iron Stand, circa 1895. The jardiniere has a fluted rim, with a sinuous foliate Art Nouveau design and fits snugly into the top of the stand, which has a matching Art Nouveau design and is mounted on a cast iron curved four legged stand, with circular raised feet.

We have managed to find this identical jardiniere and stand on google images, which is for sale in the USA for $3,250. This is unpolished and looks black and can be found by putting Art Nouveau Copper Jardiniere and Stand into google, select images and it will be found on the top row.

Height: 36" - 91.45cm

Diameter of Jardiniere at top: 9 3/4" - 24.75cm

Diameter of stand: 13" - 33cm

Materials: Copper and cast iron

Condition: Very good. There are no holes in the bottom of the Jardiniere, which is in very good condition, with only very little wear consistent with age and use. The copper top to the stand has a few minor cracks along the bottom edge, which only extend a short way into the rim and in no way affect the strength of the base. The legs and feet are in perfect condition.
