We are pleased to offer to the market this elegant late 19th Century French Gilt Metal and Black Marble Table Lamp and flambeau shade. The statuette is a draped lady in neo-classical style, very much in the style of Gautier, holding aloft a torch topped with a pink frosted flambeau glass shade, which has been converted into a lamp in the past. She is standing on a square black marble plinth on an ornate square footed gilt metal base.

The lamp has been rewired with silk covered twisted flex in the antique style and has new gallery, inline switch and plug. As with all electrical items it is recommended it be checked by a qualified electrician before use.
