We are offering for sale this pair of heavy Brass Church Candlesticks from Ireland in the Pugin style.

They have a stepped, reeded, pierced, castellated drip pan, with a tall candle sconce. The central circular column is interspersed with knops of differing sizes, leading to a stepped and reeded base, which is also pierced. They are not weighted, but are very substantial and heavy.

New candlesticks in a similar style and size are available at ecclesiastical suppliers for £585 each.
