We are offering this very attractive Marquetry Picture of an agricultural scene. There is farm cart pulled by oxen to the right, which appears to be crossed a muddy field towards a dwelling to the left. There is a dog running along next to the field. The panel appears to have a veneered surround, while the actual picture itself is formed in a quantity of different woods including satinwood which forms the sky.. We are not sure, but it may be Italian.

The picture will be supplied with new brass hangers, new brass picture wire and will be ready to hang.

Medium: Wood veneers

Condition: Very good. There are a couple of indentations in the satinwood of the sky, but otherwise it is in very good condition.
