Description

We are offering this very attractive Marquetry Picture of a large, castellated castle surrounded by a moat, with an arched bridge leading to it. The panel appears to have a satinwood veneered surround, while the actual picture itself is formed in a quantity of different woods. We are not sure, but it may be Italian.

The picture will be supplied with new brass hangers, new brass picture wire and will be ready to hang.

Condition: Very good. There are a couple of indentations in the brown wood of the water, but otherwise it is in very good condition.
