Description

This is a pair of handmade, possibly tropical, Hardwood Vases with zinc liners. The stepped urn shaped body has a small socle and a stepped circular base. They have ebony stained top and rim, as shown. Being hand made, there is a slight difference in the width of the urn, socle size and depth of the metal liner. Unfortunately, we have been unable to identify the wood used.

Height: 9 inches and 8 7/8 inches 22.75cm and 22.55cm

Diameter of base: 3 1/4 and 3 1/8 inches respectively

Condition: Very good. There are two hairline cracks down the 9 inch vase, but this won't affect its ability to hold water, due to the liner, but is mentioned for accuracy. The other one is perfect.
