Description
We are offering this lovely Hallmarked 9ct Gold Brooch, which bears the Makers Mark DJE. The Brooch comprises two semi-circles which are pierced and have a bark finish, joined at the ends, with the upper one having a solid semi-circle below the pierced section. It has a roll over safety clasp.The hallmark (as shown) confirms that the brooch was imported via the Edinburgh Assay Office pre 1975 and, it is our opinion that it bears the date letter for 1959, but it is slightly unclear.
